Rental Qualifications

  • Credit Score Requirement: 650

  • All Combined Income Must Be 3x the Monthly Rent

  • Pass a Criminal Background Check

  • No Evictions

  • No Current Bankruptcies

  • No Debts Owed to Rental Companies or Utilities

Each application is unique. Please contact manangement if you have any specific questions or concerns before submitting your rental application. Any supporting documents can be emailed to bolliff@landmark24homes.com. Other Information: Co-Signers/Guarantors are accepted, if needed. Please be aware that co-signers/guarantors will be expected to qualify alone and must bring in 4x the monthly rent. Other sources of income accepted: Child Support (court ordered) , Social Security/Disability, Educational Financial Aid Application Fee: $30 Corporate Leases Welcome! Contact us for more information. Full deposits are due within two (2) business days from approval. If you, for whatever reason, decide to not move in half of your deposit will be retained. The other half will be refunded within thirty (30) days to the address listed on application. Preleasing: Preleased homes will require half of the deposit within two (2) business days of approval. This amount goes towards your total deposit. If you decide to cancel your application, this amount is non-refundable. Applications typically take approximately one (1) business day to process.
